Custom & Remodelling Jewellery

I absolutely love remodelling jewellery and creating custom pieces especially engagement and wedding rings. Imagine proposing on your favourite beach and sending me the sand to create your wedding rings? or perhaps your lost a loved one who loved the beach so you send me their ash's and sand to create a unique textured memorial ring or pendant.

Remodelling sentimental, heirloom, unworn or broken jewellery

Collecting a shell and sending it to me to use as a mould and cast it into a pendant or ring (This can work with any small hard object such as buttons, shells, twigs etc)

How much does it cost?

As each item is carved from wax before casting and it all depends on the weight of the item so it is hard to tell, however, when you send me the rough measurements of the item I can give you an approximate quote until the item is carved. This also gives me the ability to make the item heavier (more expensive) or lighter (less expensive) to fit your budget.

Custom orders start at $500 for silver and $1200 for gold.

Bespoke Jewellery starts at $650 for sterling silver and $1500 for gold  

Remodelling jewellery starts at $750 - price will go up if additional metal needs to be added. If there is any metal left over there is the option to sell the remaining amount or it can be sent back with the finished piece. 

Sand casting a shell or small object starts at $350

Price increases on complexity of design, stone setting and materials used. 

What is the difference between custom and bespoke jewellery?

Custom jewellery is a custom version of a design that is already offered with minor tweaks such as band width, shape, gemstone etc you will be shown 2 versions of the new design. 

Bespoke jewellery is a completely new design, this involves quite a bit of time designing, creating a new wax model and sourcing gemstones. You will be shown multiple versions until you are happy with the final design.

For bespoke pieces I encourage sending inspiration pictures and your own drawings of what you want the piece to look like. Please note I will not copy another artist or jewellers work.

With both custom and bespoke jewellery you will be heavily involved in the design process throughout the whole process with photo and video updates. I

What happens after form is submitted?

You can expect to hear back from me within 5 business days with some more information and a rough quote. If you would like to proceed a $500 deposit will be required in order to lock in your spot so I can begin carving the item and ordering materials.

How long will it take?

The current turn around time is between 3-8 weeks depending on materials required, complexity of the piece and etc.
