This heart signet is sandcast from recycled sterling silver and features gemstones that have been cast in place. This ring has natural sand texture from the casting process.

Imperfections: When poured into the mould, the molten metal didn’t fully form, resulting in this organic “broken heart” shape.

What is cast in place?

After creating the mould, gemstones are placed inside the mould and molten metal is poured in. This wraps around the stones securing them in place, giving the ring an organic and unique stone placement. Meaning no two rings will ever be the same!
