Sand Cast Band with Cultured Opal - 7.5

This ring was made as part of an experiment to see if cultured opals cal be cast in place - and yes they can! which is really cool. These opals are very pretty and give off some nice flashes of colours juts like natural opals

Gemstones: 1 x 3mm cultured opal 

Size:  7.5  - Can go up 1 size if you would like like this resized please leave a note at checkout

What is cast in place?

After creating the mould, gemstones are placed inside the mould and molten metal is poured in. This wraps around the stones securing them in place, giving the ring an organic and unique stone placement. Meaning no two rings will ever be the same!
